How to Apply for Housing
We accept housing applications year-round. Availability changes, and suites are offered to applicants from our waitlist as vacancies occur. Submitting an application does not guarantee immediate housing.
We offer three types of rental units for seniors and persons with disabilities:
OUR RENTAL UNITS

Bachelor Units
Size: 350 sq. ft.
Included: Stove, fridge/freezer, heat, water, sewer, and garbage (hydro excluded)
Not Included: Phone, cable, internet
Designated For: Low to moderate-income residents

Studio Units
Size: 166.5 sq. ft.
Included: 3 daily meals, hydro, heat, water, sewer, and garbage
Not Included: Phone, cable, internet
Designated For: Low to moderate-income residents
Application Process:
Check your eligibility – Visit the BC Housing Subsidized Housing Application page.
Submit your application to BC Housing.
Contact Duncan Manor – Once you have your BC Housing file number, notify us by phone or email.
1-Bedroom Units
Size: 425 sq. ft.
Included: Stove, fridge/freezer, heat, water, sewer, and garbage (hydro excluded)
Not Included: Phone, cable, internet
Designated For: Low to moderate-income residents
