Our studio units consist of one room, with closet space and a half bath en-suite (sink and toilet). There are communal showers on each floor which are cleaned twice daily. Tenancy includes heat, hydro, and 3 meals daily.

Duncan Manor is an affordable solution to limited income 55+ seniors or 18+ persons with disabilities looking for Independent Living. Duncan Housing Society is a local, community based, non-profit society.

Subsidized rent is based on 30% of your monthly plus the cost for 3 meals per day in our dining room, the use of laundry facilities, and cable.

Duncan Housing Society building is a three-story building and is located within walking distance of downtown Duncan. Steps away, you will find Centennial Park, which offers community gardening, the Cowichan Lawn Bowling Club and more. Within several blocks you will find medical clinics, pharmacies, financial institutions, grocery stores, public transportation, senior activity center, and the post office.

Please note: Duncan Housing Society is not assisted living or supportive housing.

It’s important to highlight that DHS does not provide supportive housing or 24-hour staff presence.
